THANK YOU OREO!!!!
On my daily Instafood find I ran across this Oreo snack that would be perfect under the fireplace.. lol
Well you know we are seasonally blessed here in Texas. I can eat Ice Cream every day, all day!! I can't help myself if I see it, like it, and share it.
Here are a few simple steps to make a loaded ice cream bar out of all three gratifying sweet treats: chocolate, ice cream, and cookies. The ultimate ice cream bar is created by blending crushed Oreo cookies with homemade ice cream and then covering it in a layer of chocolate.
Your preferred sundae toppings can be added to these Oreo ice cream bars.
These desserts are simple, delicious, and ridiculously easy to make. All you need are a few essential ingredients to create this chilly treat. Of course, I have to hit up my partner Amazon for my Oreo, I usually get the 4 Pack. I have the Link Below and they are SNAP EBT eligible.

Oreo Sundae Ice Cream Bars
Yield: 10
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Difficulty Level: Easy
Ingredients
For the Ice Cream:
16 Oreo Cookies, 4 Pack
1⅓ cups sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Toppings:
10 oz white chocolate, tempered
6 crushed Oreos (filling removed)
Directions
1. Cut the 4 Oreo snack packs open at one end. Remove the Oreo cookies, scrape they're filling out into a large bowl, and set the aside for later. Set 6 Oreo cookies (with their filling removed) aside to be used later as a topping and crush all of the remaining Oreo cookies. Position the 10 empty Oreo packages upright in a small glass and spoon an equal amount of crushed Oreos into each one.
2. For the ice cream, pour the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract into the mixing bowl and whisk everything together until combined.
3. Pour the ice cream mixture into the Oreo packages all over the Oreo cookie crumbles.
4. Insert 1 popsicle stick into each package, transfer to the freezer, and freeze the ice cream bars for at least 2–3 hours, preferably overnight.
5. After the ice cream bars have frozen, temper both the dark and/or white chocolate. Pour each type of tempered chocolate into a separate tall glass, take the ice cream bars out of the freezer, remove the packaging, and dip the ice cream into the tempered chocolate.
6. Sprinkle sundae toppings onto the chocolate before it hardens – we recommend crushed pistachios, mini M&Ms, strawberry chips, crushed Oreos, and a nut topping.
